What the hell ya mean, "No problem".
I don't care if it's problem or not. It's your job. If your job ever is a problem then maybe you'd better get out of there and let somebody else, who has no problem working, have your money.
Why do these kids today need to tell me it's "...no problem". It makes me think that they're happy to help me because it's easy and there are no problems with it. Well, if they run into a problem will they no longer be happy to help me? I do my job whether there are problems or not. I don't judge my tasks whether or not there is a problem. I get a task and complete it the best way I can in the least amount of time. If there's a problem I confront it and eliminate it and get the job done. I don't make it a point let the customer know whether or not there's a problem.
Maybe that's why we so often get these young people who act like they hate us and all other customers because we make them do their jobs. Younger people have never learned how important the customer is. We pay the bills. We are the reason they are there. I suppose we've all been treated too rudely by idiots who take it out on us because they had to be at work instead of the concert. I'm sure you, too have a story about that kind of thing. It's rampant.
I've actually gone to the manager of two different establishments to apologize to them for ruining the day of one of their employees by coming there and expecting decent service. On both occasions I promised that I would never come back and bother their employees again. Of course I did. Can't boycott all the places where you're insulted by kids or you'd never be able to go anywhere.
Well, it didn't happen that way when I was a kid. We were all respectful and we walked up hill both ways to work and we were patriotic and rich in tradition and we were always perfect. They will have been perfect too. One day. When they're older and they have young people to bitch about.
What do I say when the kid tells me it's "No problem".
I say "I don't care".
They stop or stumble and look at me. What?
I move on.
Don't wanna cause no problem.
