Occupy What?

Wasn't it a year ago, the have-not's had had enough of the not.  They decided to demand their 'fair share' of what others have.  They decided that they too, should have the rewards of proper education, of experience and training, of successful toil, without the expense of earning it.
They 'occupied' the streets.

They sat in the way.

And they demanded that they too should reap the rewards of hard work and success.  They demanded that they too should cash in on wealth.  Without working for it.

I remember driving to work one morning during the Occupy Wallstreet movement.  I had woken up at 5 AM as usual and fed the dogs and the chickens and myself.  I'd showered and watered the garden and the plants and I'd done my morning chores.  I'd gotten into my car and driven thirty-five miles from country into city traffic and was nearing my place to work, where I would be for 9 hours before going to my second place to work where I would be for another four.  The guy on the radio said that he was downtown near one of the 'Occupy' campsites.  He said that he was waiting for someone from the Occupy camp to wake up so that he could talk with them.
He was waiting for them to wake up.

So now, here it is, a year later.  It got cold and the occupy people went home.  They went back to the homes that someone provided for them.  They realized that too much work is required to sustain a movement that people will listen to.  They realized that, just like success, you've got to work for it.

So they went home.
