Bessie Bingo

She was telling me about Bessie Bingo.
Never heard of it. I grew up in the city.
Bessie Bingo is a thing done in small towns like mine. Skiatook. We say we're from Skiatook even though we live about seven miles up the road. It's the closest town.

They use the football field. Well not now. The new football field is turfed. Now, I guess they use somebody's pasture. They let Bessie wander about. There are squares marked out on the ground. You buy a square and watch Bessie the cow. Takes much of the day. When Bessie craps, you look at the most covered square. Bingo!
